Somnics, Inc. (6633) and Maxnerva Technology Services signed a cooperation agreement regarding the contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) of In Vitro Diagnostic Devices (IVD). With the additive values of Somincs, it will help Maxnerva establish an operation system of entering medical device manufacturing.
Somnics noted that it has patents of negative air pressure therapy devices on Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) in many countries worldwide. It endeavors in the research and development, design, and manufacturing of iNAP (Sleep Therapy System). With a complete QMS for medical devices, it is equipped with core knowledge and experience in the domain of medical device, covering the R&D of innovative technology, engineering V&V(Verification & Validation), multinational medical trials, certifications from Europe and America, ISO 7/Class 10,000 cleanroom environment, and professional medical channels and marketing, etc. It is capable of innovation in accordance with clients’ orders. Developing applicable medical device development solutions, it will promote clients’ competitive advantages.
